Job Description: The RLT provides essential services by working 1:1 with toddlers and children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities in our office, the community, and in homes. Under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) the RLT will use ABA procedures to teach important skills to children with autism in a 1:1 or small group setting. Skill areas focused on during their day may include: communication, imitation, social, play, self-help, and school readiness.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans and protocols under the direction of a BCBA
• Work with children in their homes, community, and clinic, helping them learn how to communicate, play and learn.
• Collect and graph data on client progress and behavior
• Collaborate with members of the treatment team to ensure that clients receive the highest quality of care
• Exhibit initiative and ability to work independently when needed and in a team environment
• Attend supervision and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards as outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelors degree preferred, but not required
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children
• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Compensation:

• Starting pay is $14/hr (after training period) for applicants without prior ABA experience. — Rate of pay is based upon experience related to the field of ABA

Additional Information:

Part Time applicants must be available to work Monday – Thursday 8:30 – 3:30, Friday 8:30 – 2:30*

*unless a staff meeting or training is scheduled.

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in a Part-Time role.

This position is designed for a BCBA who wants a consistent, flexible schedule while remaining actively involved in client care, staff supervision, treatment planning, caregiver training, and clinical decision-making.

The BCBA provides clinical oversight and support for toddlers and children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities in our office, the community, and in homes. The BCBA is responsible for developing individualized treatment plans, supervising RLTs, monitoring client progress, providing caregiver training, and ensuring that ABA services are implemented with quality and consistency.

This position averages 20–25 hours per week and includes billable services, supervision, treatment planning, documentation, parent training, and team meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans

• Develop and update skill acquisition programs, behavior reduction protocols, and treatment goals based on client progress

• Provide supervision, training, and clinical support to RLTs and other members of the treatment team

• Monitor client progress through observation, data review, and ongoing program evaluation

• Make data-based decisions and modify programs as needed to support client growth

• Provide parent and caregiver training to support generalization of skills across home, clinic, and community settings

• Collaborate with families, staff, and other professionals to ensure that clients receive the highest quality of care

• Complete progress notes, treatment plan updates, supervision documentation, and other required paperwork in a timely manner

• Exhibit initiative and ability to work independently when needed and in a team environment

• Attend team meetings, supervision meetings, and trainings as scheduled

• Adhere to ethical and professional standards as outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification

• Current Louisiana Behavior Analyst license, or eligibility to obtain Louisiana licensure

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

• Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities

• Experience developing treatment plans and behavior intervention plans

• Experience supervising RLTs, RBTs, or other direct-care staff

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to collect, review, and interpret data to make clinical decisions

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a treatment team

• Ability to pass a background check

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation:

This is a part-time salaried position with annual compensation ranging from $50,000–$55,000, based upon experience related to the field of ABA.

Compensation includes billable time, supervision, treatment planning, documentation, parent training, and team meetings.
